Following in the flamboyant footsteps of Karl Lagerfeld and Jean Paul Gaultier, Marc Jacobs has been named as the new Creative Director of Diet Coke. As a collector of these kind of fashion designed bottles, I’m interested to see what he comes up with. Will it be as controversial as his latest Lola perfume ad?
The contract will last for one year and Jacobs has said it will “capture the rise of female empowerment through the eighties, nineties and noughties.”
